Watch as 'Savoy Ballroom' is Installed at Scotia Park

The painting of dancers in 1930s Harlem doing the Lindy Hop is among five artworks that will be on display through September in Huntington Woods as part of the Detroit Institute of Arts' Inside|Out program.

Reproductions of five artworks from the Detroit Institute of Arts were installed June 26 throughout Huntington Woods as part of the the fourth annual Inside|Out program.

The vibrant "Savoy Ballroom" by Reginald Marsh, which depicts dancers in 1930s Harlem doing the Lindy Hop, was among them.

LaVanway Sign Company, Inc., of Southfield installed the painting at Scotia Park.
