Personally, I believe it depends on the child and how he or she is progressing. Some children need that socialization and outside influence to draw them out. However, other children are fine being taught at home. For example, my daughter is two and she knows most of the letters of the alphabet, numbers up to 10, colors and has been able to speak in complete sentences since she was 18 months old. …   more ›
