Norup International School Needs Your Vote to Win $50,000 Grant
Voting is open through Dec. 19 in the Clorox Company's fourth annual Power A Bright Future program. The funds would be used to buy carts on wheels with iPads to increase students' access to technology.
Norup International School is in the running to win a $50,000 grant and it needs your help. The school is a contender in the fourth annual Power A Bright Future program in which the nominee with the most votes by Dec. 19 will receive $50,000 from the Clorox Company. "If Norup were to win this grant, it would enable us to purchase grade level COWs (carts on wheels) with iPads to facilitate 'on-the-spot' learning," Norup IB coordinator and learning specialist Denise Tomlinson said. "Presently, all classes in our K-8 building need to make an appointment to use the aging PCs we have in our two labs.
