The senior was signed as pitcher with the Division 2 school in University Center, MI, located between Saginaw and Bay City, and will play for coach Walt Head. The free fundraiser Friday, April 19, at Berkley High School will feature prizes including cash, flat-screen televisions, Tigers tickets and more.
More than 500 prizes will be up for grabs Friday, April 19, at Berkley High School during the 14th annual Tin Can Auction. The free, family-oriented event that benefits Berkley School District sports teams, as well as the Berkley Bears Athletic Boosters, has generated more than $30,000 in past years, auction chairwoman Lisa Bakers said.
