Scotia Park is located one block south of the Huntington Woods recreation center and library in a residentialMore neighborhood. The park is small, taking up about half a block. This wooded park features a large bulletin board that advertises functions at the nearby community center. The park is composed of lawns and gardens, which are maintained by local residents. There are a variety of trees including pine and spruce, along with picnic benches and tables scattered throughout the park. Scotia Park is home to the Woods' summer concert series and Fourth of July hot dog roast. Huntington Woods parks and fields can be reserved at the Huntington Woods Recreation Center. Users also can check out facility keys at the rec center.
America's Stamp Stop

America's Stamp Shop is on 12 Mile Road in downtown Berkeley in a brick building with glass block windows. 


This business buys, trades and sells various collectibles, mainly stamps and coins. Some of the highlights at America's Stamp Shop include the United States, Great Britain, British Colonies and Western Europe collections. Besides collectibles, there is also a nickel bin for the casual stamp collector. Other items available include stamp-collecting supplies, stamp mounts (Showgard, Scott, Crystal Mount, Perma-guard, Davo, Hawid), allsyte plate block-sheet albums, accessories, supplements, binders, dust cases, stock book and insert pages and postcard albums.

America's Stamp Shop also offers a free hot dog lunch every Saturday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
