World's Only Tattoo School is a home-operated recruitment office in Berkley. The founder, Dr. L.W. Pogue, is a doctor of chiropractic and certified naturopathic physician. Educated at Life University in Marietta, Georgia, Pogue has owned and operated tattoo shops in three states since 1968.  The classes and school are located in Shreveport, Louisiana. 

Licensed as a trade school by the U.S. government, World's Only Tattoo School offers courses in artistic tattoos, body piercing and permanent makeup. 

Tuition includes an international tattoo machine, power unit, foot switch, clip cord, tubes, needles, ink, colors, manuals, designs, and two CDs.  The classes include teaching and hands-on training with the completion of six tattoos.
