My experience with Stoneys Landscaping is one of disappointment and unprofessionalism. In the fall of 2011 they agreed to remove a tree that died due to being improperly planted; the root ball twine was left on the tree along with the burlap wrapping and the metal cage surrounding the root ball. Top soil was then piled 8" up the trunk, smothering the tree and concealing the twine, which eventually 'girdled' the tree and killed it. Stoneys agreed to remove the tree free of charge the following Spring of 2012. After repeated calls to schedule the removal of the tree as promised, Stoneys has declined to honor their committment unless I purchase another tree as a replacement, for the price of $300.00. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

To P.Pineau, I have been doing business with Stoney's for over 25 years and they are the most reliable company I have ever done business with. I have heard both sides of the story and it seem the the work was done 12 years ago for the owners before you, and who knows what took place in the past years, warranty does not go that far, so make sure you tell the full story.
