This property management service is horrible! I'm staying with my elderly parents who live in a luxury apartment proprty here in Detroit and wask SHOCKED to find out that they have been without airconditioning for months. Then, while I was here with my wife and 3-year-old son - the elevators went out. There are many elderly people being forced to walk upwards of 13 stories to get to their apartments. The property management company simply doesn't care! Residents have been calling, sending emails and no one is responding at all! Apparently these people don't really care about their residents health or well being. If you're looking for a property, stay away from these guys. If you're looking for a property management company - DEFINITLY stay away from these guys. All they will do is anger your residents to the point that they will move out as soon as possible.
