Weekend Countdown: Run/Walk BOOM!!!

The healthy fundraiser will help cover the cost of Huntington Woods' annual Fourth of July fireworks celebration.

Get ready to lace up your sneakers this Saturday morning so you can help support the annual Huntington Woods fireworks over during the inaugural Run, Walk BOOM!!! fundraiser.

Proceeds from the Huntington Woods Men's Club fireworks raffle will cover most of the celebration's $13,500 price tag, with race entry fees and donations covering the balance.

“The hard work of the Huntington Woods Men's Club combined with the Run/Walk BOOM!!! sponsors and participants should completely fund the Fourth of July fireworks,” . “With this type of community commitment and teamwork, one of the signature Fourth of July events in Huntington Woods will be seen and heard for many, many years to come."
