Tell Us About Your Whiz Kid

School begins Tuesday and we can't wait to hear what youngsters in our communities are achieving.

Do you know a whiz kid? You know, one who goes out of the way to help others, who has a friendly smile or is setting a good example?

Youths in Berkley, Huntington Woods and Oak Park are doing great things and, with school beginning Tuesday, there will be new opportunities for them to shine.

Whether it's a good deed or an athletic or academic achievement, we want to hear about the whiz kids who grace our community. Whether it's a poignant poem, fundraising effort or an art project, we want to make sure they don't go unnoticed.
