Meditation Class

Learn how to reduce stress, relax and improve your health through mantra meditation. Meditation will also help to clear your mind so you are more focused, aware and more in touch with yourself allowing you to have a more enhanced and less stressed life.

 

This is a two-week workshop where we will explore the reasons why one should meditate and what brought us here. We will briefly discuss the history of mantra meditation and how it compares to other types of meditations. Each person will be assigned a mantra and we will meditate as a group. We will also practice some breathing exercises and relaxing postures that will enhance ones’ meditation practice.
