Find Out Who's Running for Office in Berkley, Huntington Woods

Voters will cast ballots for mayor, City Council and City Commission on Nov. 5.

Voters will cast ballots for mayor and City Council in Berkley and City Commission in Huntington Woods on Nov. 5.

The only contested race will be the Huntington Woods City Commission election in which two incumbents face one challenger for two four-year terms.

Berkley can expect to see a new face on City Council; Councilwoman Lisa Platt Auensen's term is set to expire and she is not seeking re-election, according to Berkley City Clerk Cheryl Printz.

There will be no proposals on either city's ballot, according to Oakland County Clerk Lisa Brown

The deadline for candidates to file their intentions to run for office in the election was 4 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 13.
