Berkley to Receive Annual Audit

The City Council will meet at 7 p.m. Monday at City Hall.

The Berkley City Council will meet at 7 p.m. Monday at City Hall to discuss the city's annual audit, among other issues.

The following items are on the agenda.

  • Oakland County Planning & Economic Development Services senior planner Nina Ignaczak will make a presentation on the Woodward 5 Sustainability Partnership.
  • The council will accept the audited 2011-12 financial report and authorize an amendment to the 2012-13 operating budget.
  • The council will adopt the first reading of an ordinance to rezone lot 319 of the Larkmoor Boulevard subdivision from Parking District to Woodward District.
  • The council will approve an agreement between the City of Berkley and the Berkley Public Safety Department's labor units.

The meeting is open to the public and there will be opportunities for citizen comments. It also is available to view live on the city's website.
