Vehicle Window Smashed, GPS Devices Taken

The following information was supplied by the Berkley Public Safety Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

A woman reported that someone used a golf club to smash a passenger side window of her vehicle on Nov. 18 while it was parked in a driveway in the 2220 block of Columbia in Berkley.

The woman reported to the Berkley Public Safety Department that the incident occurred at approximately 7 p.m. and that a GPS device on her dashboard and another that had been purchased as a gift and left on the floor were taken from the locked vehicle.

There are no known suspects, according to the Public Safety report.
