Head Broken Off Virgin Mary Statue in Berkley

A resident in the 2160 block of Gardner reported that at approximately 9:45 p.m. April 4 she found her Virgin Mary statue toppled onto its side with the head broken off.

The woman reported hearing a noise on her porch at approximately 9:30 p.m., but said she didn't see anyone, according to a Berkley Public Safety Department report.

There is no known suspect in the case.
