Planning out your Thanksgiving menu? With a little more than a week to go, chances are most people who are cooking holiday meals already have the ball rolling. If special dieters will be at the table, the thought of baking homemade rolls or bread to break with dinner may be a little daunting.

- Celiac Specialties: I know I tout this bakery a lot, but it's really worth every word. Check out the bevy of homemade rolls, bread and baked goods at either the Rochester Hills or Novi locations and have a basket of gluten-free, nut-free goodness at your Thanksgiving feast.
- : This Berkley bakery has gluten-free rolls, croutons, bread and a slew of other items for your holiday table. I really enjoy the pumpkin muffins that are available on occasion, as well. The items are clearly marked – and delicious.
- : This market can be found in Bloomfield Township and West Bloomfield and has healthy and special-diet friendly food for every occasion.
