Berkley Artists Offer Creations at Handmade Detroit’s Annual Craft Fair

If Black Friday and Cyber Monday left you dizzy, here's another way to keep your holiday shopping dollars local.

Several Berkley crafters are among the vendors n the Detroit Urban Craft Fair, returning for its eighth year to Detroit’s Masonic Temple Saturday and Sunday, Dec. 7-8.

The fair is sponsored by Handmade Detroit, which says that from beard combs to paper robots, this year’s collection of local and regional artists represents its most eclectic offering yet. On top of that, almost 50 new vendors are featured to make up a fantastic sampling of Detroit’s crafting community.

Handmade Detroit says that for those tired of over-the-top Black Friday craziness or spending hours at the computer on Cyber Monday, keeping your holiday dollars local at the Detroit Urban Craft Fair is a great way to show your support for small businesses and independent artists.
