INFLUENCE


On Monday, January 20, Judge Daniel A. O’Brien of the

Oakland County Probate Court will engage in a question-and-answer session with
Huntington Woods seniors and their guests about issues involving how seniors
can protect themselves from financial abuse, fraud and undue influence.  Among the topics Judge O’Brien will discuss
are the following:

Commissioner Jules B. Olsman who is also a personal injury trial lawyer who has
practiced for many years in the area of elder abuse and long-term care
litigation.
