Knitting 101 for Everyone

Students will learn the basics of knitting, beginning with the knit stitch and using the most popular cast on technique. In this class you will learn to read a simple pattern and complete a simple garter stitch tote bag. Instructor - Deidre McCraySize


Materials List: US 7 straight needles, tapestry needle, scissors, tape measure, any brand worsted weight 100% cotton yarn. Note: Lion brand cotton tots makes a great all weather bag (sold at Michael's and JoAnns)
