Blood Drive

 On Friday August 9, 2013 from 1-6:45 pm the American Red Cross will be in the Our Lady of La Salette Landry Center collecting the gift of life.   If you are at least 17 years old and are in good health you may be eligible to donate.  I know there are many reasons why you may hesitate to donate like it is going to hurt (pinch the fleshy soft underside of you arm and that is what the needle poke feels like),but I can give you a lot more reasons why you should ( free mini physical, free juice and cookies and you will be someone's hero)    If you go to redcrossblood.org you will find a lot of info on the process and can even schedule your appointment.
