Why go: "Berkley Parks and Recreation, Berkley/Huntington Woods Youth Assistance in conjunction with the Berkley Junior Women's Club invite daughters and dads to enjoy a night of dancing and refreshments. Grandpas, uncles or others are welcome to escort the little ladies, as well," reads an event listing on Berkley Patch. "Corsages will be provided, as well as a snapshot of the occasion. This is a formal event, Berkley Parks says. Guys in ties, girls in pearls."
