Weekend Countdown: Santa to Visit the Library

Sign up your kids to hear a story, sing songs and have their pictures taken with their holiday hero Friday at the Berkley Public Library.

This weekend, plan on having a good time. Whether it's a family-friendly event, nighttime fun or holiday activities, Berkley has it all.

Our pick for Monday:

  • Where:
  • When: 4:30 p.m. Friday
  • Cost: Free
  • Why go: Santa will leave the North Pole for a brief time to have a special visit with the children of Berkley. He will read a story and sing songs with the kids. Santa will then be available for pictures.
  • What else: Sign up in person or by calling 248-658-3440. Children younger than 5 must be accompanied by a parent, grandparent or caregiver. This program is available to Berkley residents only.
