Last Chance: Final Lenten Fish Dinners
If you have been thinking about attending a fish fry but haven't gotten around to it, tonight is your last chance.
The end of Lent is near. With Good Friday next week, tonight is your last chance to take in a fish fry at most local venues.
Last fish fries of Lent
- Get a two- or three-piece baked or fried cod dinner or macaroni and cheese dinner. All fish dinners include redskin potatoes or French fries, coleslaw, carrots and a roll. Desserts will also be available for sale. Dine in or carry out. Prices range from $5-$8.
- Fish dinners start at $1 and include a side of macaroni and cheese or French fries, roll and butter and coleslaw. Desserts and drinks are available for an additional cost. Dine in or carry out. During the Fish Fry, the Ladies Auxiliary will be sponsoring a used clothing drive to benefit the Michigan Veterans Center in Detroit. You can drop your good condition, used clothing in a box in the Post lobby.
- (Royal Oak): All you can eat fried and baked fish. Buffet includes baked potatoes, french fries, mac and cheese, cole slaw and salad. Desserts available, too. Carryout available. Prices range from $5.50-$9.50
- (Royal Oak): Both fish and pasta dinners are available on Fridays during Lent. All dinners include a beverage choice of coffee, hot tea or lemonade. Carryout available. Prices range from $4-$8
