  • The purpose of this race/walk is to raise awareness and money to fund Angiosarcoma research. The race was set up by Ryan Humphrey, an Athens graduate who now suffers from Angiosarcoma.

  • Oakland Mall Shopping Center, 412 W 14 Mile Road, Troy
  • This is a 5k non-competitive fundraising and awareness walk for Mothers Against Drunk Driving Michigan. Event includes fun activities, live entertainment and food.

Breathe Deep Michigan

  • 9 a.m. Saturday, May 4
  • Booth Park, North Old Woodward Avenue, Birmingham
  • This 5K (3.1 mile) untimed walk will raise money for critical lung cancer research. The course is friendly to strollers, wheelchairs and pets.
