Weekend Weather: Partly Sunny Days, Super Moon Saturday Night

It will be a steady weekend with weather, though the moon will make an unusually spectacular appearance to see.

It’s expected to be a pretty mild, yet enjoyable weekend as far as weather goes. A good weekend for outdoor activities and yard work.

Today, the skies will be partly sunny with a high near 66, the National Weather Service forcecasts. East winds will be between 8-14 mph though gusts as high as 22 mph can be expected. Clouds will cover the sky at night, dipping down to 47 degrees.

Sunday, skies will return to partly sunny and temps will go back up to around 67 degrees. Winds will be about the same, though a chance of showers and thunderstorms come during the night. The low is expected to be 51 degrees with a 30 percent chance of rain.

The week will start with a 50 percent chance of rain Monday, with temps returning to around 64 degrees.
