Schedule: Berkley Days on Saturday

The festival will be in full swing with a pancake breakfast; pooch pageant; and Punt Pass and Kick competition.

The 2013 Berkley Days celebration, which kicked off May 11 and continues through Sunday, will be in full swing Saturday with a pancake breakfast; pooch pageant; and Punt Pass and Kick competition.

The annual festival also features a midway, beer tent, food booths and more. New this year, Berkley School District musicians will perform throughout Berkley Days.

Saturday, May 18

  • 8 a.m. to noon: VFW pancake breakfast, Ice Arena (big ice)
    • 10-11 a.m.: Anderson Middle School Choir, pancake breakfast
    • 11 a.m. to noon: BHS Choir, pancake breakfast
  • 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.: Used book sale, Ice Arena (big ice)
  • 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.: Horseshoe tournament, horseshoe court
  • 10 a.m. to noon: Pooch pageant, Community Center
  • 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.: Craft show, Ice Arena (big ice)
  • 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.: Food booths, Ice Arena (big ice)
  • 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.: Midway, Community Center
  • Noon to 4 p.m.: Last Day Dog Rescue, outside Community Center
  • Noon to 2 p.m.: Punt Pass and Kick, Hurley Field
  • 3-4 p.m.: Michigan Search and Rescue demonstration, TBA
  • TBA to midnight: Beer tent, outside Ice Arena
  • Noon to TBA: BHS music, Ice Arena
