Upcoming Workshop: Ace the ACT Writing Test!

Wow Writing Workshop will be hosting an ACT essay writing workshop on June 5, just in time for the June 14 ACT exam! In this interactive class, high school students will learn how to succeed on the writing portion of the ACT.

Topics include how to read and evaluate the prompt; how to organize your thoughts; tips for writing quickly, clearly and effectively; and common mistakes and how to avoid them.

Students will discuss strategies and complete test-related activities, including one full, timed writing test. The writing test will be scored according to the ACT rubric and will be returned to students the following week.
