DESCRIPTION:Birmingham&rsquo\;s delicious Restaurant Week event is schedu
 led for January 28 &ndash\; February 1 and February 4 &ndash\; 8. Top ch
 efs from the area&rsquo\;s finest restaurants will create special menus 
 for the city&rsquo\;s eighth annual culinary extravaganza. Again this ye
 ar\, participating restaurants will offer three-course lunches for $15 a
 nd three-course dinners for $30.&nbsp\; New this year\, patrons will hav
 e an opportunity to support Forgotten Harvest by purchasing raffle ticke
 ts at several event restaurants and at the Principal Shopping District\,
  located at 151 Martin. Tickets are $5 each\, or three for $10. All proc
 eeds benefit Forgotten Harvest. Three lucky people will win an &ldquo\;E
 njoy Birmingham Package&rdquo\; valued at $500 in gift certificates for
