I was driving thou Berkley yesterday about 6:00, at least 4 joggers and one bicyclist ran right in front of me without even looking, not paying attention to their surroundings at all! Please realize that caution is essential to both pedestrians and drivers when you are in neighborhoods, these aren't bike trails! Unless you want to see "but I had the right of way" on your tombstone.
