Bagger Dave's was named best burger in Real Detroit Weekly's latest "Best Food" feature.

"This is quite an honor. Bagger Dave's sits atop a mountain of some of the area's most popular establishments and with good reason," the magazine gushes.

No surprise to locals, who frequent the Coolidge Highway spot for not only its variety of burgers with 30 different options for toppings but its extensive list of Michigan beers to pair with them.

The family friendly Berkley restaurant is wallpapered in large scale photographs of Berkley from years past and features an model electric train circling on a track near the ceiling.
