Two daddy-daughter dances will be held from 5 to 6:30 p.m. and 7 to 8:30 p.m. Saturday at the Berkley Community Center.

"Berkley Parks and Recreation, Berkley/Huntington Woods Youth Assistance in conjunction with the Berkley Junior Women's Club invite daughters and dads to enjoy a night of dancing and refreshments. Grandpas, uncles or others are welcome to escort the little ladies, as well," reads an event listing on Berkley Patch. "Corsages will be provided, as well as a snapshot of the occasion. This is a formal event, Berkley Parks says. Guys in ties, girls in pearls."

The dance costs $7 per couple, $3 per additional daughter. There is a limited number of tickets, so call 248-658-3470 now to make a reservation.
